We had/have a plum tree that had to be cut down after a storm seemed to kill it around 2 years ago. Now the tree seems to coming back but in like multiple smaller versions of the original. Any recommendations on how to handle this going forward? I am concerned it may be a bad idea to just let the roots keep growing and scattering out,if that makes sense.
