We are new (and first time) homeowners in the Kansas City area and this is the front of our house. We have some hostas growing and what I believe are purple barberry and some sort of green bush (evergreen? No idea… My beginner status is showing) which are all in okay-ish shape but there is plenty of space to do something. Since it is sloped, I’m thinking some small retaining wall levels. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac.
This is zone 6a, if I remember correctly.
If this were your front yard, what would you do? What should I definitely not do?
Also, if this sort of request is discouraged on this board, please let me know and I’ll be happy to remove. Thank you!
