On Friday, I uprooted a 2 year old crabapple from my backyard and placed it in my front yard. I’ve been watering it twice a day and I place cardboard on top of the hole to keep the soil moist. It is Monday and the leaves are drying out. I think it is because there were not that many roots in the root ball or the roots were damaged. I also filled the hole with soil from a nearby flower bed which I think might be fertilizer. What should I do? Here’s a pic of the plant http://ift.tt/1TQDOFg
