It looks like it’ll do best in full sunlight, but unless I put it in the middle of the yard I don’t see how it can get sun all day. At first I thought I’d put it somewhere in the front of the house (facing east), but it would only get sunlight until about noon. The right side (facing west) of my back yard gets a lot of shade from the tree in the afternoon/evening, so I don’t think that’s a good place either. I’m down to 2 options: The left side of my western facing back yard, which stays sunnier longer because there is no shade from trees, and up and along my fence to help detract from the ugly power boxes in the back yard (photo taken ~6pm, so no sun at all at this point). I think there it would get at least morning and mid-day sun, but I’m hesitant because the previous owners left a vine along the fence on the opposite side and it clearly didn’t do very well. (though the tree is on that side so it also gets even more shade)
I’m thinking my best option is somewhere along the left side of my back yard?
