Alternative hack for polymeric sand? Small area.

I have 6 pavers under a downspout and washes away the sand in the cracks. I want to fill them with something that won’t wash away, but a bag of polymeric sand is WAY more than I need. Any alternatives besides cement? Glue? Epoxy?
